Foradada de Toscar

This crag went a long way to making up for the disappointment of Bielsa – another great find, situated right next to the road, and with a great range of routes from 5s through to 7s. The main wall that you see on arrival is mostly mid 6s, with compact and occasionally polished starts followed by steep, juggy and slightly run-out finishes. All very entertaining.

Heading further up the hill, the crag reveals its magnificent centrepiece – a huge through-cave / arch. There aren’t any routes actually in the cave itself, presumably the rock isn’t great, but it provides a great backdrop for the  bunch of very long and thin wall climbs in the 6c to 7b range, flanking it.
